First recipe I decided to post is this refreshing salad. A perfect starter or side dish to any meal. Usually I like vinaigrette dressings for my salad but this one is an exception. Why? Not only is it delicious but it's super easy to make! (Even for me!)
So without further adieu, here's the simple yummy recipe straight from Sabrina's Kitchen!
Sabrina's note: You may serve this in tomato pouches or in large bowl.
1.) Sautée peeled shrimp with salt and pepper (and maybe a little rhum if desired) for 5 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
2.) In large bowl , mix together one cup mango, 2 cups romaine, 1/4 cup dill, and 1/4 cup wansoy, 1 cup tomatoes ( all chopped finely)
Now for the dressing...
3.) Mix together half a cup of yogurt with half a cup of mayo.
4.) Throw into salad and toss all together. (Note: You make make tomato pouches de coring tomatoes and stuffing the salad in and serve on bed of finely chopped ripe mangoes)
4.) Top off with shrimp. Serve! Enjoy! (Serves 4)
You can use any fruit to replace the mangoes. You can use seedless grapes or lansones, etc. Whatever tickles your taste buds! Like her, I like my salad with a little meat, shrimps especially. But she says you can also try to use Dilis (a type of dried fish) which I thought sounded interesting. I'll try to make it soon!

She had just gone to the gym that morning and didn't change.
And she still looks better than me! Hahahaha!
