.... is what you can most likely want to say as soon as you
take a bite of Moshi Koshi Noodle Boss’s amazing noodle dishes. Moshi = Hello,
Koshi=aldente! Their noodles are made fresh everyday to stay true to their
Koshi name. And it’s apparent once you get resistance in every bite of the
noodle. Resistance in a perfect aldente way!

I'm not going to lie. I was unfortunately late for this lunch so when I got there my friends Hefty Foodie, The Hungry Giant, and of course little misses Yedylicous and Blogalag had already started. Can't blame them coz everything looked so good! I was able to try their Gyoza (P85), which despite it being cold already, was still juicy and very tasty!
I was also quite amazed with their Bento
Boxes. They serve it to you literally in a box, with beautiful compartment
dividers in different odd shapes. If only I could take these home! Each bento comes with rice, miso soup, and of course 4 special sidings.
This Shogayaki Bento (P200) is like bacon
fried in garlic and ginger. Really tasty! I imagine Richie devouring this is
seconds, but leaving all the other leafy and colorful stuff to me. Doesn't it look more expensive than 200 bucks?
The Chicken Teriyaki Bento (P240) was also good. If you like sweet and salty marinades on meat then you will love this. I personally am a lover of all things teriyaki! Oh also I forgot to mention that all the 4 special sidings are really good! Although you can't count on me to know what each siding is called but all are really refreshing and a great side dish to accompany the very tasteful bento meats.

And last but not the least, they didn't let me leave without trying the Niku Udon (P170). This to me was the star of the night!.... uh, I mean afternoon! It’s thick and so fun to slurp with (yes you are encouraged to slurp here!) And it’s true that it does have a bit of resistance once you bite into this thick noodle. It's a delight to chew on plus add the soft and very tasty beef slices, and the perfect balance of sweet and salty soup! It’s really filling! I am so looking forward to trying their Soba and Ramen dishes
(ice cream)
For dessert, so far they only have 2
items but those 2 items are usually all I need in a dessert. ICE CREAM!!!!
These generous cups of ice cream are only P65 and comes in Coffee and Green
Tea.
My Greet Tea Lover friends seem to have great pleasure in every bite of the Green Tea ice cream. (And by great pleasure, I really mean great pleasure. Let's just leave it at that! Haha!)

So when you happen to be at Robinsons
Galleria or Market! Market!, I suggest you drop by Moshi Koshi Noodle Boss and
experience their pride and joy noodles! I’m planning to go back as well with my
little family. I’m 100% sure Rain will love the udon. She loves noodles and I
think this would be a great place to take her to.
