Rain the Builder! (And the toy I want for her!)

Lately, Rain has been getting the hang of playing with building toys like her KIMY stix and some building blocks I got for her months ago. And it's fascinating to watch her connect the pieces (and cute to see her frustrated sometimes when she just can't get it to stick together hehe)

See her here playing with her blocks

See here playing with her KIMY sticks...

In fact she loves building stuff so much, she even attempted to assemble her bottles hehehe

That's why for Rain's upcoming birthday I want to get her this K'NEX Sesame Street Building Set! :-)

It's perfect for her because it's very easy to build. Just the right level of challenge for kids 2-5 years old. Plus, it's Sesame Street which she adores! And the best part? NO BATTERIES NEEDED!

Oh, and I also love the containers that it comes in!

Besides that of course as any other building toys, it helps hand-eye coordination, encourages imaginative play, as well as practicing thinking and problem-solving skills. It's toys like these that Rain needs to play with at her age: Toys that makes her create and helps her use her imagination. (See my post here on the appropriate toys per age)

I'm so excited to collect it all for her!!! :-)
