Toddlers and Veggies

Such a pleasant surprise. Rain apparently loves lettuce. I'm so proud!

The other day we were at Louisiannah's Coffee Bar and Bakeshoppe at Antipolo and we were having this huge delicious burger with 6 inch patties for only P195! And then anyway I took a pinch of burger (I made sure I was able to get a piece of bread and meat and lettuce in that pinch) and gave it to Rain. But she didn't seem interested. So instead, I tried giving her just the lettuce. She ate it. And she asked for more.



When she finished all the lettuce I gave her a slice of tomato. And she ate it. And she asked for more. No matter how I tried to give her some bread or meat, she would refuse. She only wanted the veggies.

So during my last grocery I bought some lettuce for her. And she still loves it. I still can't believe it. Mainly because I didn't think toddlers and veggies can go well together in harmony haha! But of course at the same time I'm so relieved! I hope it's not just a phase. 

Is this really our daughter, Pickiest Eater? Hahahaha!
