I'm going to be honest. I haven't heard of the brand Cocorose London until recently. Leave it to me to be so clueless when it comes to fashion brands. (I actually dream of being ambushed for a make over in that show Ambush Makeover haha!) But anyway, even if I'm clueless when it comes to the latest trends in fashion, I do know what type of style I need for my everyday adventures.... from simple malls to sometimes formal events for the blog...
And that, my friends, is COMFORTABLE STYLISH SHOES!
I need something that is comfortable to wear all day long, but at the same time looks really presentable in case of an emergency formal event. Plus not to mention something that will allow me to chase my toddler around with ease. Which is why I've been drawn to fold-able flats. I've tried two brands already. And Cocorose London is to be my third. And I was oh so lucky to be one of the invitees to their exclusive preview of their Autumn Winter 2014 Collection!
Presenting Cocorose London's new line of foldable ballet flats! To really see the whole style of the shoes, I've included photos grabber from their official website:
Barbican Patterned Gold
Islington Gold with Embroidery (I really liked this one too!)
Islington Silver Canvas
Farringdon Gold Swirls
Hoxton Black Suede with Crystals
And presenting, the new additions to the Royal Ballet collection
This line is created in collaboration with the Royal Ballet, one of the most acclaimed Ballet companies in the world.
The Royal Ballet Clara
This shoe was actually designed in collaboration with the Royal Ballet of London's current seasonal ballet - the Nutcracker. It's a limited edition, and my dream pair! It looks really pretty and dreamy especially on the pretty white feet of Nicole Ortega (one of Cocorose London's muses!) as she was wearing it during the event. Not sure if I can do this justice if I wear it haha! Plus it's really not within the price range that I'm willing to spend on shoes. (Priorities! To each her own.) That's why I call it my dream pair. Hahaha!
Royal Ballet Perdita
A nice basic black flats that can be used in formal as well as casual. Not to mention, it goes with anything, even jeans.
Cocorose London has a wide variety of designs that makes it so hard to choose. From Diffusion, to Classic Elegance, and to Luxury Heritage. (See all about the different ranges here) I really wanted to get more than one pair.
So what did I end up getting? :-)
The Barbican Snake Print!
I wanted to get a louder one, not the usual plain neutral colorsI This way I can pair it with something plain, and my shoes will be my accent. I'm happy with my choice! My feet are too! Wore it for the first time today, and I can fairly say it's comfortable to walk around in! :-)
And it comes with its own matching pouch!
Follow Cocorose London on Facebook, and Instagram, and you may check out their official website http://www.cocorose.ph. But I must warn you. You will get even more confused with what design to get!
