I don't think I ever said this but one of my favorite desserts ever is a chewy cookie. I'm not a fan of tough ones. I like em soft and chewy! Which is why I like Audrey Uy's creations at Cookies Unlimited. Chewy and soft and not overly sweet. Just the way I like it! And imagine my delight when I got to taste er Cookie Cups!
They're soft cookies molded into mini cupcakes. And even though they're cookies, as soon as you bite into them, they're very soft! They have Chocolate Ganache (one of my favorites, coz nothing beats chewy cookies and fudge combined!), Salted Caramel Chocolate, and M&M Chocolate...
...and they also have Hazelnut Chocolate, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, and Cream cheese (also one of our favorites! The contrast flavors between the cookie and the cream cheese really work!) These delicious cup treats go really well with your favorite cup of coffee or tea. Price is are P35 per piece / P420 for a dozen.
And of course, let me show you their Soft and Chewy Cookies! Even just from the photo you can already tell how soft and chewy they are. And fudgy too! Just the way I like it! They have 5 delicious flavors for the Soft and Chewy cookies which are Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip Macadamia, Double Chocolate Chip, and Dark & White Chocolate Chip
